However, you can’t do that without wall putty. Your wall painting depends on wall putty design in the first place. it’s the fundamental thing. Wall putty makes your painting strong and long-lasting. You may consider to take the following steps:
- Clean the walls. Use sandpaper to polish the surface.
- Mix putty with water in the right ratio, refer to the user guideline.
- Apply the first layer of putty. leave it for 6-8 hours to dry out.
- Avoid overcoating. The maximum thickness should be 1.5mm.
- If the first layer isn’t good enough, apply a second layer.
